Chill Out - focuses on the importance of being free to be still and to experience small moments. To appreciate simple but powerful everyday things and to find ways of relaxing the mind and body. These little exercises help to keep the mind clear and healthy and restore positivity and create an openness to bigger thinking, gratitude, and wonderment.
About the author and illustrator: Anna Pignataro is an artist and author / illustrator of over eighty books for children. Her first picture book won the Crichton Award for Book Illustration and many of her books have been shortlisted in Australia and overseas and have received Notable Book Commendations from the CBCA.
